the location was central! the staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. the room offered great views of the river.

Really good Stay!
easy check-in clean room comfortable bed
Check-in was easy. Plus, the room was clean and had all the amenities! I'm happy to say that I'll definitely be back again. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom shower was good. The room also included a lovely view over the river, I was very pleased.
The noise was a little disruptive. Walls and doors have poor insulation.

The hotel features a heated indoor pool that my kids really loved. Plus, there is a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes! The rooftop bar offers great views of the surrounding area.

Breakfast was very good with a sufficient variety of options! I found the restaurant managed well. The chef even made us something special on request, a very kind gesture.

The location is perfect! tram stops are nearby. It is also a short walk to restaurants and shops. Though the parking was expensive.

friendly staff amazing view comfy bed
the staff were very friendly and professional, from reception to the rooftop bar service. i found my room fabulous, especially with its amazing views and super comfy bed. the location was excellent (close to many attractions).
the noise from flinders street and the railway was noticeable. i was on the fourth floor, and it did impact my sleep.

the hotel enjoys proximity to southgate and the ngv (national gallery of victoria). trams and trains are easily accessible for exploring further destinations. the central location made sightseeing convenient.
